GQ's Ten Best New Restaurants In America; shouts out to Ruxbin →

Number 9 is right around the corner from me in Chicago, and it is probably the nicest restaurant I have been to in the city. Everyone there is super nice, and the food is really good, duh. Two things that make it worth going (if you’re willing to wait, well, now, probably 3 hours for a table) that aren’t mentioned here: they make their own sodas daily, which are super dope, and they also have the coolest bathroom of any restaurant I’ve been to. The door is one of those darkroom doors that rotates to avoid letting in light. You stand still and turn it and you feel like you’re in the airlock of a spaceship, so, when you get to the bathroom, it’s like you’re peeing in space.

I have also been in the bathroom at Next, which is number 3 on here, but not in the actual restaurant, which is impossible to get into. Seemed like a chill place, though.
